1.    What is your class schedule?

We offer many different dance fitness classes for kids and adults for all levels. Some classes follow a regular schedule and occur each week, while other events are special events that occur one time throughout the year (masterclasses, pop-ups, charity classes). Please visit our calendar to view the list of events.

 

2.    Do I need to know how to dance?

You don’t need any dance experience. Just come and enjoy the fun, each song has a routine that has different steps that repeat. Each time you come it gets easier and easier. All classes are inclusive of all levels with modifications to do meet where you are in your fitness journey!

 

3.    What is the vibe like?

Night club setting with loud music, disco lights and an encouraging safe space to let go with no judgement! Enter as strangers and leave as family.

 

4.    What type of music is played?

There is a wide variety of music from hip-hop, to salsa, merengue, ballywood, R&B, house and more!

 

5.    How much is my first class?

Your first class is always free, take a chance on yourself!

 

6.    What should I bring with me?

Water, sneakers, comfortable workout clothing that will allow you freedom to move. Most importantly bring a  smile & positive attitude!!

 

7.    Any other helpful tips?

Don't worry about counting steps or dancing the same as the person next to you. Just keep moving and have fun! You will pick up the steps over time. You can even bust your own moves! And while each instructor brings his or her own style to the dance routines, the dance choreography is the same no matter which Zumba® Fitness class at our studio you attend.
