“That Verse you Never Forget”

Life lately…

been a whole series of lessons.

Not the kind you read about — the kind you live through.

The kind that make you stop, breathe, and look yourself in the mirror like,

“Damn… this is who I’m becoming.”

I had to learn to see myself.

Not the version that smiles through it, not the version that keeps it all together —

but the one underneath it all.

The one who’s tired, but still gets up.

The one who still believes.

The one who still loves with an open heart, even when it’s been broken.

The last five years?

They taught me how to know myself deeper.

To stop shrinking just to fit.

To stop giving chances to people who don’t even see me.

To stop mistaking struggle for loyalty.

And yeah…

Someone had the nerve to ask me —

“What makes you so special?”

And for a while, that question hit me different.

It made me question everything.

Until one day, I realized…

what makes me special ain’t something you can touch, imitate, or replace.

What makes me special

is the way I carry myself through storms and still find the light.

It’s the way I walk into a room and shift the whole energy.

It’s the way I love — real, raw, all in.

It’s the way I pour into people, even when my cup’s still refilling.

It’s the way I keep coming back stronger, softer, wiser.

The mix of fire and grace that can’t be taught.

See, I’m not background noise — I’m the verse you never forget and we all are.

The line that stays with you long after the song fades.

The energy you feel but can’t describe.

The kind of woman who leaves an imprint, not an impression. Say that again and now feel it .. That’s YOU, That’s ME … That’s US!

And you don’t need to explain it anymore — just move like it.

Life lately’s been about peace.

About walking away from anything that costs too much of me.

About protecting my energy like it’s sacred.

About standing ten toes in my truth — no apologies, no pretending.

Because when you finally know who you are…

you stop needing permission to be it.

You stop proving.

You stop performing.

You just be.

So yeah…

when they ask what makes me so special —

I just smile.

Because if you have to ask,

you already fumbled the track.
